DE PERE - St. Norbert College claimed its third-straight win with an 11-1 non-conference win over Concordia University Wisconsin at Mel Nicks Field.

Sophomore Nathan Schadrie earned his first collegiate win one day after distant cousin Nick Schadrie twirled a complete-game win over Lakeland. Nathan Schadrie worked six innings, allowing just two hits, no earned runs and one walk with no strikeouts in facing 22 hitters.

The Falcons (11-13) got on the board first with an unearned run in the second inning. St. Norbert (11-10) answered with two runs in the second and seven unearned runs in the third inning to take a 9-1 lead.

Jose Godinez stroked a two-run single in the second inning to put the Green Knights ahead. In the third inning, Concordia misplayed a potential double-play ball that would have finished the inning and the Green Knights capitalized getting all their runs in the frame with two outs. Chad Ljunggren had a two-run single, and came around to score on an error. Godinez had an RBI single, Cameron Jerina had an RBI single, and Lance Smith then scored on a wild pitch. Matt Hannon's RBI single finished off the onslaught.

The Green Knights didn't score again until the bottom of the seventh when Hannon's two-run single ended the game on the 10-run mercy rule.

Godinez finished 3-for-3 with two runs scored and three RBIs. Ljunggren was 3-for-4 with two runs scored and two RBIs. Hannon finished 2-for-5 with three RBIs. Jerina ended 2-for-4 with two runs scored and one RBI.
