Vanderlin Finishes Tenth at NCAA High Jump Championship

DE PERE - St. Norbert College freshman Nicole Vanderlin finished in a tie for tenth place at the NCAA
Division III Indoor Track and Field Championship at North Central College's Recreation Center and Al Carius Track.

Vanderlin's top height cleared was 5 feet 3 inches, which placed her in a five-way tie for tenth place. Vanderlin, who won the Midwest Conference indoor title, was one of two freshmen to qualify for the indoor high jump.

Ripon College's Jenna Breaker won the national championship with a height of 5-7 3/4. Monmouth College's Emily Tysma was the national runner-up.
