AUBURNDALE, Fla. - St. Norbert College dropped a pair of games to Greenville College by scores of 7-5 and 12-5 at the Lake Myrtle Complex.

The Green Knights (2-2) fell behind 4-1 in the opener and couldn't recover. Carlos Rodriguez had a two-run single in the fourth inning to trim the deficit to 4-3, but the Panthers would pull away with a run in the fifth and two runs in the sixth. Jose Godinez had a two-run home run in the seventh for St. Norbert.

Godinez was 2-for-2, while Nick Pierre was 2-for-4 in the opener. Josh Honzik took the loss, allowing seven hits and five runs in four-plus innings of work.

St. Norbert took an early 3-0 lead in the nightcap, but couldn't stem the tide of a 17-hit Greenville attack. Travis Mason and Pierre each had RBI doubles in the first inning. Greenville led 9-4 going into the sixth inning before Alex Larsen crushed a deep home run to left field to make it 9-5. The Panthers scored three times in the sixth to salt away the win.

Larsen finished 3-for-3 in the nightcap, while Pierre was 2-for-3. Brett Nohr took the loss for the Green Knights, allowing nine runs in three-plus innings.
