LAKE FOREST, Ill. - St. Norbert College remained unbeaten and untied in 2013-14 with a 4-1 win over Lake Forest College in a Northern Collegiate Hockey Association game at Alumni Memorial Fieldhouse.

The Green Knights (6-0, 6-0 NCHA) wasted little time getting on the board when Reid Campbell pounded home his first goal of the season just 36 seconds into the game, with Michael Hill and Brandon Hoogenboom assisting.

St. Norbert, ranked No. 2 in the USCHO.com and D3hockey.com Division III polls, scored twice 28 seconds apart later in the first period. Mason Baptista finished through a tight opening at 17:53, with Joe Perry and Blake Thompson assisting. Patrick McCadden scored for the second time this season at 18:21, with Cullen Bradshaw and David Jacobson recording helpers.

Jacobson's assist was St. Norbert's first by a goaltender in nearly six years. Kyle Jones recorded the last goaltender assist on Dec. 1, 2007 in a 6-2 win over UW-Superior.

Following a scoreless second period, Erik Cooper scored an unassisted power-play goal just 22 seconds into the third period. It was Cooper's third goal of the season, and on the weekend.

Lake Forest picked up a consolation goal at 6:27 when Justin Pelock scored following a St. Norbert defensive zone turnover.

The Foresters outshot St. Norbert 26-24, but David Jacobson made 25 saves for the Green Knights. Billy Cooper made 20 stops for the Foresters. St. Norbert was 1-for-5 on the power play, while Lake Forest was 0-for-5.
