Kurth Tabbed St. Norbert's First NSCAA All-American

DE PERE - St. Norbert College senior defender Zoe Kurth was named to the third team of the 2013 National Soccer Coaches Association of America/Continental Tire NCAA Division III Women's All-America team.

Kurth is the first St. Norbert women's soccer player to receive All-America honors from the NSCAA. Kurth was the only Midwest Conference player selected.

Kurth, a Fairbanks, Alaska, native was selected Midwest Conference Defensive Player of the Year for the second time in three years in helping the Green Knights to a 14-5-2 record, their first NCAA Division III Tournament appearance and the Midwest Conference championship.

Kurth totaled six goals and six assists for 18 points this season, good for third on the team. She also finished with three game-winning goals. In her career, Kurth finished with 17 goals and 15 assists for 49 points in 79 games.
