St. Norbert Falls to UW-Stevens Point

DE PERE - UW-Stevens Point defeated St. Norbert College 6-0 in a non-conference women's soccer match at the Minahan Stadium Complex.

The Pointers scored three goals in each half to post the win. Vicki Bieschke's goal 1 minute 33 seconds into the game was all the scoring Stevens Point would need.

Amanda Prawat and Kaylee Weise each scored to goals for Stevens Point, while Mary Jane Cornelius added one score.

Stevens Point outshot St. Norbert 19-5 and held a commanding 20-2 edge in corner kick opportunities.

Mallory Ford made six saves for the Green Knights. Pam Luckow had four saves for the Pointers.
