Baeten Earns Second MWC Honor

DE PERE - For the second consecutive week, St. Norbert College freshman Lisa Baeten has been honored by the Midwest Conference as the Women's Cross Country Performer of the Week.

Baeten, a Luxemburg native, led St. Norbert to a second place overall finish at the Aurora Invitational. She finished in second place after completing the 6K course in 22:58, which is the fastest time at that distance so far this season among MWC runners.

St. Norbert returns to action Saturday at the UW-Parkside Midwest Open in Somers.
