St. Norbert Routs Finlandia to Stay Unbeaten

DE PERE - St. Norbert College scored six second-half goals en route to a 7-0 win over Finlandia University in a non-conference match at Schneider Stadium.
The Green Knights (5-0) held a 1-0 lead when Nathan Angell finished a header off a corner kick from Sam Lamers 10 minutes 9 seconds into the game. That was the only goal St. Norbert would muster before halftime.
St. Norbert went ahead 2-0 on a penalty kick by Tyler Kassube at the 52:17 mark. The Lions (3-3) then played shorthanded after a player was disqualified in the 56th minute, with St. Norbert netting five goals after that point.
Angell finished a centered ball from Lamers at 65:03, and Jim Blisk followed with a penalty kick at 74:29. Calian Schrader then scored St. Norbert's next two goals, getting a header at 79:55 and then converting a give-and-go at 81:53. Blisk finished a header at 88:39 to close out the scoring.
St. Norbert outshot Finlandia 36-5. Scott Faul made three saves for St. Norbert in 65 minutes of action, while Sam Lisheron finished up. Brandon Roeske made 15 saves for Finlandia.
