DE PERE - St. Norbert College outshot Monmouth College by over a 2-to-1 margin but couldn't find the game-winning goal and had to settle for a 2-2 tie in a Midwest Conference match at Schneider Stadium.

The Green Knights (7-0-1, 1-0-1 MWC) never led, falling behind 1-0 at the 15:54 mark when Monmouth's Jake Cogan played a ball over goalkeeper Scott Faul's head and into the open net. St. Norbert responded a short time later when Sam Lamers played a ball to the head of Patrick Hehir, who finished at 19:16 for his first goal of the season.

Monmouth (3-7-1, 1-1-1) went ahead 2-1 just 49 seconds into the second half. The Scots played a corner kick in short, and the second pass resulted in a loose ball coverted by Bryce Adams. St. Norbert would knot the game at 2-2 when Marco Delbecchi recorded his first collegiate goal at 53:15 when he redirected a pass.

St. Norbert outshot Monmouth 26-11, including 16-6 in the second half and two overtime. Faul made six saves for St. Norbert, while Luke Cogan made 10 stops for Monmouth.
