DE PERE - St. Norbert College stayed unbeaten in the Midwest Conference with a 1-0 win over Monmouth College at a wind-swept and rain-soaked Schneider Stadium.

The Green Knights (4-5, 2-0 MWC) were able to score the game's only goal when Shannon Jung converted at the 16 minutes 42 seconds mark. Jung had plenty of time and space to get off a shot from about 20 yards out, finishing top shelf for the game's only marker. It was Jung's fifth goal of the season, and Kaitlin Schmitz assisted.

Monmouth (2-8, 1-2 MWC) outshot St. Norbert 12-11 in the second half and 19-16 for the game but couldn't find the back of the net. St. Norbert's Sarah Platzer made nine saves to register the shutout. Nicole Neagle made nine saves for the Scots.
