Green Knights Conclude Fall Season at WLC Invite

HARTFORD - The St. Norbert College men's golf team wrapped up the fall portion of its 2008-09 season at the 36-hole Wisconsin Lutheran College Invitational at the Washington County Golf Club.
The Green Knights shot a 654 to finish 13th out of 14 teams. Carthage College won the event by carding an impressive 582, 30 strokes ahead of runner-up Benedictine University.
Seth Oberschlake led the Green Knights with a 157, shooting a 79 on the first day and a 78 on the second day, which was good enough for a 24th-place tie. Brian Kuehl placed in a tie for 41st with a 163.
Alex Wagner finished in a tie for 4th with a 164, and shot an 80 on the seond day. B.J. O'Brien placed 63rd with a 171 and Brandon Panish was 73rd with a 180.
