Six Headed to NCAA Outdoor Championship

DE PERE - St. Norbert College will send six men to the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships later this week in Canton, N.Y.

The Green Knights will enter two contestants in the decathlon and four more will team up to represent St. Norbert in the 4x400-meter relay.

Senior Dan Sisler and junior Brad Boockmeier both qualified in the decathlon. Sisler is the No. 10 seeding in the field of 20 with a season-high point total of 6,417 points. Boockmeier is seeded 14th with a point total of 6,304 points. The decathlon will begin at Noon EDT Thursday and Friday at St. Lawrence University's Merrick-Pickard Track and Field Complex.

Sophomore Tyler Lewis, junior Austin Livingston, senior Taylor Pasterski and sophomore Ryan Grandlic will comprise St. Norbert's 4x400-meter relay entry. The Green Knights are seeded 8th with a time of 3:13.51. The preliminary heats are set for 7:55 p.m. EDT Thursday with the final slated for 5 p.m. Saturday EDT.
