Green Knights Sweep Knox to Move to 5-2 in MWC

GALESBURG, Ill. - St. Norbert College had no trouble improving to 5-2 in the Midwest Conference this season, sweeping Knox College in three sets at Memorial Gym.

The Green Knights (9-12, 5-2 MWC) topped the Prairie Fire (9-13, 4-2 MWC) by scores of 25-22, 25-14, 25-16.

St. Norbert totaled 39 kills with 15 errors in 114 attempts for a hitting percentage of .211. Halie Ferry had a team-high 10 kills, while Erin Lang and Anika Johnson both had eight kills apiece.

Kaitlin Delahaut finished with 21 assists and Lauren Lehman added 12 assists. Ferry and Emily Kapalko both had two service aces.

The Green Knights finished with 65 digs. Ferry and Aubree Antosch both had 19 digs and Kristina Herman added 13 digs.

Knox finished with a .152 hitting percentage with 27 kills and 11 errors in 105 attempts. Kyleigh Guthals finished with 10 kills to lead the Prairie Fire.
