Green Knights Finish Second at MWC Championship

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - St. Norbert College finished in second place at the Midwest Conference Championship held at Noelridge Park.

The Green Knights finished with 69 points, narrowly finishing behind Cornell College's 61 points. The Rams' Sanjuanita Martinez won the individual championship with a time of 21:52. A total of 155 runners competed.

Erin Artz led St. Norbert with a fourth-place overall finish with a time of 22:34. Brittany Kozlowski finished in 11th place with a time of 23:44, while Taylor Miller was 14th in 23:52. Charlotte Walsh placed 18th in a time of 24:05. All four were named All-Midwest Conference.

Alyssa Price barely missed out on earning All-MWC accolades with a 22nd-place finish in a time of 24:13. Sarah Parbs finished 29th in 24:34 and Graceanne Tarsa was 30th in 24:35.
