Green Knights Crack 700 Scoring Mark For First Time

IOLA - St. Norbert College's women's golf program set a 36-hole scoring record for the third consecutive week with a fifth place showing out of 11 teams at the UW-Stevens Point Invitational at Glacier Wood Golf Club.

The Green Knights scored a 340-358--698, the first time they have ever cracked the 700 mark for a 36-hole score. Viterbo University won the team title with a 332-325--657, followed by UW-Oshkosh, UW-Whitewater at UW-Stout. Viterbo's Danielle Ducklow won medalist honors with a 77-80--157.

Elizabeth Bobinski led St. Norbert with a fifth-place finish, scoring 81-82--163. Amy Holzer was 21st with an 81-93--174.

Kelsey Motto finished in a tie for 27th place with an 89-90--179. Amy Smits was tied for 38th place with a 91-93--184, while Jessica Dysterhouse was tied for 43rd place with an 89-98--187.

Taylor Obry finished tied for 47th place with a 95-97--192.
