St. Norbert Sneaks Past Grinnell

GRINNELL, Iowa - St. Norbert College stayed in contention in the Midwest Conference race with a key 1-0 win over Grinnell College.

The Green Knights (12-3, 5-1 MWC) won for the ninth time in their last 10 outings with the win. Grinnell (7-5-1, 3-2-1) fell to fourth place with the loss.

Tyler Kassube scored the game's only goal with a marker at the 66:30 mark. It was Kassube's ninth goal of the season.

St. Norbert outshot Grinnell 19-7 and held a 6-3 edge in corner kicks. Josh Koleske made five saves for the Green Knights, while Major May made five stops for the Pioneers.
