Artz 43rd, Domro 70th at NCAA Division III Championship

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - St. Norbert College had its pair of runners competing at the NCAA Division III Women's Cross Country Championship fare well at the national meet at E.P. "Tom" Sawyer State Park.

Erin Artz placed 43rd overall while Taylor Domro finished in 70th place. It marked the second time, and the first time since 2010, the Green Knights had multiple runners competing at the national meet.

Artz finished with a time of 21 minutes, 25.6 seconds in the 6-kilomter race. It was the second national meet appearance for Artz, who finished 38th overall at the 2015 NCAA Championship.

Domro, competing in her first NCAA Championship, turned in a time of 21:44.7. Domro is the sixth Green Knight to compete at the NCAA Women's Cross Country Championship.

Stevens Institute's Amy Regan captured the national championship with a time of 20:16.4. Johns Hopkins University won the team championship with a score of 126 points.
