DE PERE - St. Norbert College battled with Concordia University Wisconsin in the second game of a two-game series at Resch Olympic Pavilion, with the Green Knights topping the Falcons 1-0 in a Northern Collegiate Hockey Association game.

Concordia outshot St. Norbert 30-20, but Leigh Grall tended her third straight shutout with 30 saves. She now holds the consecutive scoreless sequence record for the Green Knights, breaking her old mark with a current total of 182 minutes 11 seconds. Grall also tied the school record for most shutouts in a career, tying Kaley Gibson with nine.

The Green Knights (3-6-1, 2-4-1 NCHA) got all the scoring they would need when Lisa Lennell scored to give St. Norbert the lead at 10:02 of the second period. It was her first collegiate goal.

Concordia had an extra attacker on for the final 1:05 of the game but couldn't get the equalizer.

The Falcons were 0-for-6 on the power play while the Green Knights were 0-for-5.

Christina Pattengale had 19 saves for Concordia in the loss.
