St. Norbert Shutout at Gustavus Adolphus

ST. PETER, Minn. - St. Norbert College couldn't crack the scoring column and suffered a 1-0 loss to Gustavus Adolphus College in a non-conference game at Don Roberts Rink.

Gustavus Adolphus scored the game's only goal when Kaitlyn Klein scored a power-play marker just 39 seconds into the second period.

St. Norbert had a power-play opportunity with 3:20 remaining in regulation time and then had an extra attacker on with 1:24 left but couldn't net the equalizer.

Gustavus Adolphus outshot St. Norbert 24-14. Brianna Kelly made 23 saves in goal for St. Norbert, while three goaltenders combined to make 14 saves for the Gusties.

St. Norbert was 0-for-3 on the power play while Gustavus Adolphus was 1-for-3.
