Black, Campbell Receive All-America Honors

UTICA, N.Y. - St. Norbert College sophomore goaltender T.J. Black and junior defenseman Sean Campbell were honored as All-Americans on the Division II-III CCM American Hockey Coaches Association All-America Team, announced at the Frozen Four's pre-tournament banquet.

Black is a first-team All-America selection, while Campbell was a second-team All-America honoree. It is the first All-America honor for both.

Black, a Wheaton, Ill,. native, was a first-team All-Northern Collegiate Hockey Association selection. Black leads NCAA Division III in goals against average at 1.22 and also has a nation-high shutout total with six. He is 17-2-1 overall while sitting second nationally in winning percentage at .875 and is third in save percentage at .941.

Campbell, a Holt, Mich., native, was also a first-team All-NCHA selection. Campbell leads St. Norbert defensemen in scoring with seven goals and seven assists for 14 points.

St. Norbert now has 31 hockey first-team AHCA All-America selections, and has had at least one first-team All-America honoree for 20 consecutive years -- extending its Division III record.
