CHICAGO - St. Norbert College allowed four goals in about a 10-minute span late in a 7-1 loss to No. 9-ranked University of Chicago in a non-conference game at Stagg Field.

The Green Knights (1-2) trailed 2-1 at halftime before the Maroons (3-0) put the game away with five second-half goals.

Chicago took a 2-0 lead when Gary Zhao and Max Lopez scored in the fifth and 17th minutes, respectively. The Green Knights countered on a goal by Ben Prange, who knocked home a rebound off a Deshaun Dickson shot at 39:05.

The score stayed that way until the Maroons unleashed a five-goal barrage midway through the second half. Dayo Adeosun scored in the 58th minute. The Maroons then scored four times in just under 10 minutes. Matthew Koh (69th minute), Lopez (71st and 72nd minute) and Bryce Millington (78th minute) closed out the scoring.

Chicago outshot St. Norbert 18-13 and had a 7-2 edge in corner kicks. Josh Koleski and Matt Pilewski combined to make four saves for St. Norbert, while Hill Bonin and Aaron Katsimpalis totaled five stops for Chicago.
