St. Norbert Drops Pair of Matches to WIAC Foes

OSHKOSH - St. Norbert College lost a pair of non-conference matches against Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference opponents, falling 3-1 to UW-Oshkosh and 3-0 to UW-Stevens Point at Kolf Sports Center.

The Green Knights lost to Oshkosh 25-20, 25-11, 19-25, 25-22 and then dropped their match to Stevens Point 25-15, 25-13, 25-14.

St. Norbert finished with a .163 hitting percentage against Oshkosh, netting 41 kills against 17 errors in 147 attempts. Halie Ferry led the Green Knights with 14 kills, while Brooke Siebert added 11 kills. Emily Rohloff had 18 assists and Anna Berghoefer 12 assists. Ferry and McCoy Mix had two service aces apiece.

Maddy Miller and Jaisah Lee led the defense with 10 digs apiece. Lexie Van Hiel posted four blocks and Haley Bartz had three blocks.

Against the Pointers, St. Norbert had just 15 kills with 16 errors in 86 attempts. Siebert led the Green Knights with six kills, while Berghoefer had a team-high four assists.

Lee had 11 digs, and Bartz finished with two blocks.
