Green Knights Sweep Monmouth To Win Sixth Straight

DE PERE - St. Norbert College extended its winning streak to six consecutive matches with a 3-0 Midwest Conference win over Monmouth College at Mulva Family Fitness and Sports Center.

The Green Knights (10-13, 6-1 MWC) topped the Fighting Scots (7-17, 1-5) by scores of 25-21, 25-23, 25-22.

St. Norbert hit .172 in the match, with 44 kills against 23 errors in 122 attempts. Halie Ferry was the only Green Knight to reach double figures in kills with 12. Lexie Van Hiel added eight kills and Haley Bartz totaled six. Emily Rohloff finished with 20 assists, while Danielle Dolan had 13. Ferry and Rohloff had two service aces apiece.

The Green Knights registered a whopping 11 blocks. Van Hiel finished with six, while Bartz and Brooke Siebert had three apiece. Maddy Miller had 10 digs, while Ferry and McCoy Mix had eight apiece.

Monmouth hit .058 in the match, with 28 kills against 22 errors in 103 attempts. Ashley Farris had a team-high 10 kills.
