St. Norbert Fourth at Home Quad

DE PERE - St. Norbert College finished in fourth place out of eight teams at the St. Norbert College Quadrangular at Schneider Stadium.

The Green Knights totaled 106 points. UW-Stevens Point won the meet with 150 points, while Michigan Tech University and Carthage College were tied for second with 125 points.

Jacob Dickman was first in the 3,000-meter run in 9:24.09, while Ethan Sowl was second in 9:46.27. Tyler Lemens won the long jump with a distance of 6.53 meters, while Travis Heschke was second in 6.43 meters.

Matt Holloway won the 800-meter run in 1:58.37, while Max Schermacher won the pole vault with a height of 4.30 meters.

Nic Greenlaw took second in both the 100- and 200-meter dashes in 11.12 and 23.05 seconds, respectively.

Ben Behling was third in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in 10:20.39, while Matthew McKendry was fourth in 10:28.18. Heschke added a fourth-place showing in the triple jump at 12.22 meters. Dominic DiBenedetto was fourth in the shot put at 14.52 meters.

Lemens was sixth in the 200-meter dash in 24.02 seconds, while Max Schermacher was sixth in the javelin at 44.25 meters.. Joe Gasick was seventh in the 800-meter run in 2:01.24. Nathan King finished seventh in the discus at 41.28 meters.
