St. Norbert Cops Crown at Tom Barry Invitational

GREEN BAY - St. Norbert College won the team championship at the 44th Annual Tom Barry Invitational at Colburn Park.

The Green Knights totaled 51 points to comfortably finish ahead of runner-up Carroll University, which had 73 points. Lawrence University was third with 79 points. Lawrence's Josh Janusiak won the individual title by covering the 4-mile course in 20:34. A total of 89 harriers finished.

Joe Gasick led the Green Knights with a fourth-place showing, finishing with a time of 21:25. Evan McVettie was ninth in 21:59, while Matt Holloway was 10th in 21:59. Peyton Janton was 12th in 22:03 and Lorenz Jordan finished 16th in 22:13 to round out the scoring.

Ben Behling was 19th in 22:24 and Ethan Sowl was 24th in 22:54.

The St. Norbert Alumni was sixth in the team standings with 136 points. Nick Bath was sixth in 21:36, while Hayden Hoffmann was eighth in 21:58.
