GALESBURG, Ill. - St. Norbert College held a halftime lead but couldn't hold on in the second half in a 4-1 loss to Knox College in a Midwest Conference match at Jorge Prats Field.

The Green Knights took a 1-0 lead when Anja Jacobsen scored at the 21 minutes 35 seconds mark for her first collegiate goal. That unassisted marker would hold up through halftime.

Knox answered with a goal at 57:08 by Jessica Petersen. Petersen then put the Prairie Fire ahead for good with another score at 64:06. Lydia Mitchell salted away the win with goals 30 seconds apart in the 86th minute.

Knox outshot St. Norbert 16-8 and held a 2-0 edge in corner kicks. Ally Magiera made seven saves for the Green Knights, while Sierra Daniger made four stops for Knox.
