Green Knights Second at Lawrence Invitational

APPLETON - St. Norbert College finished in second place at the Lawrence University Gene Davis Invitational at Reid Municipal Golf Course.

The Green Knights finished with 54 points to finish behind Carroll University's 39 points. Carroll's Emily Kraus led a field of 119 contestants by covering the 6-kilometer course with a time of 23 minutes 9 seconds.

Graceanne Tarsa paced St. Norbert with a seventh-place finish with a time of 23:40. Joyana Tarsa was right behind in eighth place at 23:48, while Abby Janto turned in the same time to finish ninth.

Alex Bruley finished in 12th place at 24:04 and Erin Sorg placed 18th in 24:20.

Lauren Talabac placed 25th with a time of 24:44, while Alyssa Wegner finished 28th in 24:53.
