Green Knights Strike Down Beloit

BELOIT - St. Norbert College enjoyed a banner offensive night as the Green Knights closed out Midwest Conference regular-season action with a 3-0 win over Beloit College at Flood Arena. The Green Knights trimmed the Buccaneers 25-11, 25-10, 25-19.

The Green Knights (11-13, 7-2 MWC) hit a robust .415, getting 52 kills against a scant eight errors in 106 attacks. St. Norbert hit a lusty .526 in the first two sets with 33 kills and three errors in 57 attempts.

Grace Baumann led St. Norbert with 17 kills, while Lexie Van Hiel added 10 kills and Haley Bartz eight kills. Danielle Dolan had 26 assists, while Emily Rohloff added 19 helpers.

Jaisah Lee finished with 15 digs, while Halie Ferry added 13 digs and Rohloff 11 digs. Van Hiel finished with four blocks.

Beloit hit .114, with 28 kills and 15 errors in 113 attempts. Eva Laun-Smith led the Buccaneers with 14 kills.
