MILWAUKEE - St. Norbert College saw a two-goal lead in the third period melt away and suffered a 3-2 overtime loss to Milwaukee School of Engineering in a Northern Collegiate Hockey Association game at Kern Center.

The Green Knights (2-1, 1-1 NCHA) saw a 14-game winning streak snapped in the loss, their first overtime loss since their last overall loss - a 3-2 defeat at Adrian College on Jan. 26, 2018. It was St. Norbert's third consecutive loss at the Kern Center.

MSOE (1-3, 1-1) would be kept off the scoreboard until converting a 5-on-3 power-play chance, with Garrett Gintoli scoring at the 7:35 mark of the third period. The Raiders would tie the game on an unassisted power-play goal by Kevin Shand with 3:03 remaining in regulation.

St. Norbert would get a power-play chance in the last 2:01 of regulation, but couldn't convert. The Raiders would go on to win on an unassisted goal by Adam Ostrowski at 2:53 of the overtime period.

Peter Bates had two assists for St. Norbert's lone multi-point game.

St. Norbert would outshoot MSOE 37-24. The Green Knights were 1-for-7 on the power play, while the Raiders were 2-for-8.
