Pair of Wins Leads St. Norbert at Colorado College

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - St. Norbert College got a pair of event wins as the Green Knights lost to Colorado College 160-78 in a dual meet at Schlessman Natatorium.

Peter Martin won the Green Knights' lone individual event with a first-place finish in the 500-yard freestyle, turning in a time of 5:18.46. Martin was part of the quartet that won the 400-yard freestyle relay, joining Ben Stolberg, Grant Gibson and Jed Galutira to win with a time of 3:24.70.

Stolberg added a pair of second-place finishes, posting times of 22.69 seconds in the 50-yard freestyle and 54.77 seconds in the 100-yard butterfly.

Jarod Meffert, Gibson, Alex Cervantez and Jeffrey Green were second in the 200-yard medley relay with a time of 1:47.09.

Meffert was second in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 59.66 seconds, while Jaxsen Schermacher was second in 1-meter diving with a score of 142.95 points.
