DE PERE - St. Norbert College junior infielder Carley Frauenhoff has been named to the Google Cloud NCAA Division III Softball Academic All-District VI team, presented by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).

Frauenhoff, a West Aurora, Ill., native, holds a perfect 4.00 grade point average with a double major in business administration (marketing) and economics. Anchoring the third-base position for the Green Knights, Frauenhoff hit .310 while sharing the team lead in hits with 44 and runs batted in with 26. She led the squad with 24 runs scored and was tied for second on the team with 10 doubles.

To be eligible for national or district selection, a student-athlete must be a varsity starter or key reserve, maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.30 on a scale of 4.0, have reached sophomore athletic and academic standing at his current institution and be nominated by his sports information director. The Academic All-America team, scheduled to be announced June 4, is selected after All-District teams are picked from eight geographic regions nationally. All first-team Academic All-District honorees advance to the Academic All-America ballot.
