St. Norbert Falls at UW-Eau Claire

EAU CLAIRE - St. Norbert College trailed in the early going and couldn't mound a rally in a 3-0 loss in a non-conference to UW-Eau Claire at Bollinger Field.

The Blugolds got a pair of goals from Tessa Grywalsky at 2:42 and 7:24 for an early 2-0 lead. Maddie Ames added a third at the 17:25 mark.

Shots were even at 6-6 in the first half, but Eau Claire had a 7-1 advantage in the second half for a 13-7 game edge. The Blugolds had four corner kicks to the Green Knights' two.

Hanna Lech and Anna Tristani had three shots apiece for St. Norbert. Ally Magiera made six saves in 66 minutes of work, while Ava Seifert finished with 24 minutes of relief and did not see a shot on goal.
