St. Norbert Finishes 16th at NCAA Regional

WINNECONNE - St. Norbert College finished in 16th place at the NCAA Division III Regional hosted by UW-Oshkosh at Lake Breeze Golf Club.

The Green Knights placed four harriers in the top 100 to finish with 486 points. Washington (Mo.) University won the team title with 37 points, while the University of Chicago was second with 66 points. Washington's Paige Lawler won the individual title with a 6-kilometer time of 21 minutes 53 seconds to top a field of 256 contestants.

Kelley Gardipee led St. Norbert with an 86th-place finish in 24:15. Alex Bruley was 93rd and Joyana Tarsa placed 94th, both finishing with a time of 24:21. Bonnie Raechal Beres also finished in the top 100, finishing 98th with a time of 24:23.

Clara Yoap finished in 117th place in 24:49, followed by Lauren Talabac in 142n place in 25:24. Emily Beltran finished 177th in 26:13.
