Relays Pace St. Norbert at Red Hawk Invite

RIPON - St. Norbert College won both relays as the Green Knights finished in second place at the Ripon College Red Hawk Invite at Willmore Center.

The Green Knights finished with 124.6 points to finish behind team champion UW-Platteville's 214.6 points. Milwaukee School of Engineering was third with 88.1 points.

Nic Greenlaw, Sam Stelloh, Ryan Priebe and Bright Boachie won the 4x200-meter relay in 1:32.48. Priebe, Stelloh, Gregory Bernasek and Randy Johnson won the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:30.87.

Joe Gasick picked up the Green Knights' lone individual event win, taking the 800-meter run in 1:56.40.

The Green Knights had four second-place finishes - Lorenz Jordan in the 5,000-meter run (16:06.90), Stelloh in the 60-meter hurdles (8.37 seconds), Miles Mulder in the 1-mile run (4:33.87) and Sam Wahlers in the pole vault (13 feet 5 inches).

Matt Holloway finished third in the 3,000-meter run in 9:13.59. Oren Kestell had two fourth-place finishes in the long jump (20-3 3/4) and high jump (6-3 1/4). Greenlaw was fourth in the 60-meter dash (7.25 seconds), while Karter Decker was fourth in the triple jump (41-2 1/4). Matthew McKendry finished fourth in the 1-mile run (4:39.40) and Robert Tetzlaff was fourth in the 400-meter dash (53.33 seconds). Bernasek was fifth in the 400-meter dash in 53.76 seconds.

Connor Sisel was sixth in the 5,000-meter run in 16:38.82, while Johnson was sixth in the 800-meter run in 2:02.23. Priebe was sixth in the high jump at 5-11 1/4, while Mckenzie Foege was sixth in the triple jump at 39-8 1/2.

Finishing in seventh place were Greenlaw in the 200-meter dash (23.87 seconds), James McKnights in the 60-meter hurdles (9.31 seconds), Peyton Janto in the 1-mile run (4:44.96), Daniel Fenn in the 400-meter dash (53.83 seconds) and Noah Kleiman in the high jump (5-9 1/4).
