Green Knights Have Busy Weekend at Beloit, Carroll

PEWAUKEE - St. Norbert College closed out a hectic three-day stretch with a sixth-place showing at the two-day Carroll University Invitational. The Green Knights opened the weekend with a third-place finish at the Beloit College Open.
St. Norbert fired a 329 at the Buc Open and Glen Erin Golf Club to finish in in third place, 36 strokes behind champion Carroll. Gabe Dahl shot a six-over par 77, while Seth Oberschlake carded a nine-over par 80. B.J. O'Brien shot an 82, while Brandon Panich and Michael Zera each shot a 90.
The Green Knights shot a 335 on the first day of the Carroll Invitational followed by a 346 on day two. Dahl shot a 79-80-159 to lead St. Norbert and finished in a tie for seventh overall. Oberschlake shot a 79-87-166 to finish in a tie for 18th.
Zera carded an 86-85-171 to finish in a tie for 27th. O'Brien finished 36th with a 91-94-195, while Panich placed 38th with a 96-94-190.
