St. Norbert Takes Part In Large UW-Eau Claire Invite Field

EAU CLAIRE - St. Norbert College's women's golf team was part of the 21-team Georgianni Memorial Invitational hosted by UW-Eau Claire at Mill Run and Wild Ridge golf courses. A total of 112 players took part.

St. Norbert finished 19th out of 21 teams, carding a total of 779 strokes. Gustavus Adolphus won the championship by shooting a 630.

Andrea Liebelt finished in a tie for 39th with a 29-over par 174. Liebelt shot an 82 on the first day before finishing with a 92 on the second day. Lexi Klinger finished in a tie for 81st with a 92-101-193, while Tracie Wasmuth was in a tie for 89th with a 103-101-204. Jessica Rogers was 97th with a 102-111-213.

Jennifer Ackman was tied for 99th with a 98-117-215, while Ali Mendez was 104th with a 113-108-221. Erin Monske rounded out the Green Knights' contingent with a 111th-place 132-152-284.
