Green Knights Top Ripon, Battle No. 3 UW-Oshkosh

OSHKOSH - St. Norbert College topped Ripon College in five sets before battling UW-Oshkosh to a four-set loss in a triangular held at UW-Oshkosh's Kolf Sports Center.

The Green Knights (6-4) outlasted Ripon 17-25, 25-22, 25-21, 18-25, 15-12. St. Norbert then hung in there against Oshkosh (12-0), the third-ranked team in this week's NCAA Division III poll, before falling 25-14, 25-21, 15-25, 27-25.

Against Ripon, Danielle Remy had 11 kills and seven blocks while Sam Jungbluth added 10 kills. Catherine Guido had 22 digs, while setter Laura Ayello posted 23 assists and 10 digs.

Against Oshkosh, Jungbluth had 13 kills with Sarah Sulentic adding 11 kills with eight blocks. Guido had 18 digs while Ayello had 41 assists.
