Green Knights Top Loras, Battle No. 1 UW-Oshkosh

PLATTEVILLE - St. Norbert College topped Loras College to garner its only win in the UW-Platteville Invitational at Williams Fieldhouse.

The Green Knights (11-7) topped Loras 23-25, 25-17, 25-20, 25-17 to finish the tournament with a 1-3 mark. St. Norbert opened the day with a four-set loss to No. 1-ranked UW-Oshkosh 23-25, 25-18, 25-19, 25-19.

Danielle Remy had 11 kills to lead the Green Knights charge past the Duhawks. Laura Ayello added 37 assists and Catherine Guido had 20 digs.

Against Oshkosh, Sam Jungbluth led the offense with 11 kills. Mary Kate Manion had a team-high 10 digs, while Ayello posted 31 assists.
