Relays Fare Well at Wisconsin Twilight

MADISON - St. Norbert College's men's track and field team competed at the Wisconsin Twilight Invitational at the University of Wisconsin's McClimon Memorial Track. The meet was unscored.

St. Norbert's two relays placed high at the event. The 4x400-meter relay team of Cory Owen, John Barrett, Kory Baker and Zac Weier won by nearly 10 seconds with a time of 3:45.85. The 4x100-meter relay team of Louis Ayensu-Mensah, Dann Schneider, Kirk Fishel and Andrew Verfuerth placed third with a time of 43.49 seconds.

Individually, David Prosper was the best finisher with a fifth-place showing in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:02.64.
