COVID-19 case dashboard

The college's COVID-19 case dashboard is a source of information about reported COVID-19 cases that impact the St. Norbert College campus. The dashboard will be updated each morning, Monday through Friday, to reflect the number of confirmed-positive COVID-19 cases that have been reported by students, faculty and staff, as of 4 p.m. the day before. These counts do not include confirmed positive cases of students, faculty and staff who have not been on campus during their period of communicability.

If you have questions about the data in the dashboard, please view the dashboard frequently asked questions or contact us at covid19response@snc.edu.

Current phase

Our current phase is Phase Two

There are a moderate number of cases in the region, with most on campus from a known source and control measures in place. We are sustaining efforts to limit exposure through physical distancing and restrictions.

Notification of confirmed positive cases

  • Students: If you have tested positive for COVID-19, please contact Health Services at 920-403-3266.
  • Faculty/Staff: If you have tested positive for COVID-19, please notify your supervisor and complete the COVID-19 Voluntary Disclosure Form.

Contact tracing of COVID-19 cases

In the event that you have come into contact with a confirmed positive case of COVID-19, you will be notified within 24-48 hours by Health Services and/or local public health authorities through established contact-tracing protocols. Here are some of the questions that the index case will be asked about their interactions during the infectious period:

  • Did you have direct physical contact with the person (e.g., hug, kiss, handshake)?
  • Were you within 6 feet of the person for more than 15 minutes? (This includes single encounters of more than 15 minutes OR multiple encounters within a single day adding up to more than 15 minutes.)
  • Could the person have had contact with any of your respiratory secretions (e.g. coughed/sneezed on, contact with dirty tissue, sharing a drinking glass, food or towels or other personal items)
  • Do you live with the person or did you stay overnight for at least one night in a household with the person (i.e., household contact)?

The identity of index cases will not be released during the contact-tracing process.
