Transcript Request Procedures In accordance with the Family Educational Records Rights & Privacy Act, we are unable to send transcripts without a signed request from the student . E-mail and phone requests are not accepted but a signed fax request is allowed. When requesting your transcripts include the following:

If you decide to fax your request, be sure to include a billing address. The fax number is (920)403-4035. We will not fax transcripts so please do not request that we do so. Special Requests: If you have any of the following requests you must state them in your letter/fax: Hold for Grade Change in Specified Course, Hold for Degree Posting, Will Call - Office Pick Up Transcript Releases & Processing: Transcripts are not released until all financial obligations with the college have been met. If you have questions related to your account please call the Bursar's Office at 920-403-3262, 3249 or 3002. Students with holds are notified by mail by the Bursar's Office and their transcript requests are held for 30 days. After that time, requests that are not able to be processed are voided and any fees sent are applied to one's student account. We allow up to one week for processing, but normal time is two or three days. All transcripts are printed on security paper and those sent directly to students are mailed in secure envelopes indicating a transcript is enclosed. Note: Many employers and most higher education institutions will require a transcript to be sent directly to them or delivered in an unopened secure envelope.
