Becky started working at St. Norbert in 2006 with a special emphasis on and dedication to vocation exploration. Her work supports students, faculty and staff as they look for ways in which their gifts and interests intersect with the needs around them. She especially loves walking with students as they ask big questions and seek lives of meaning and authenticity. 

Programmatically, Becky serves as the supervisor of our ALIVE peer ministers who are in residence hall ministry. Becky and the ALIVE program were honored in 2012 with the "Mission Integration in Residence Life" Award from the Association for Student Affairs at Catholic Colleges and Universities.

She also coordinates the Navigate program, a yearlong small group discussion experience centered around questions of vocation. 

Becky is a 2000 graduate of St. Norbert College and earned her Masters in Theological Studies at the University of Notre Dame in 2002. She taught high school theology before transitioning into higher education - a natural step for a teacher who especially loved working with seniors. 

Outside of work, you'll find her exploring many other callings in life - often somewhere in the woods, on the water, or behind her sewing machine.
