DE PERE: St. Norbert College will host its annual Soul Food Dinner with keynote speaker Stedman Graham Saturday, Feb. 26 in the Sensenbrenner Memorial Union Cafeteria at 5 p.m. The event is part of the celebration of Black History Month. The dinner features entertainment by the members of Muntu Dance Theatre Troupe from Chicago, Illinois, and keynote speaker Stedman Graham, an accomplished speaker, author, entrepreneur, and corporate and community leader. He is the chairman and CEO of S. Graham & Associates, a management and marketing consulting company that specializes in the corporate and educational markets. Actively involved in education, he is an adjunct professor at the University of Chicago. Graham is the author of numerous books, including two New York Times Bestsellers,
