St. Norbert College will celebrate Black History Month with events that include its annual Soul Food Dinner featuring keynote speaker Julianne Malveaux.

This year's Soul Food Dinner will be held on Saturday, Feb. 27 at 5 p.m. in the Sensenbrenner Memorial Union Caf
