St. Norbert College "Great Decisions" lecture series presents Arthur Cyr

Arthur Cyr will present the second of eight "Great Decisions" lectures on Wednesday, Feb. 24 at 7:30 p.m. in the Fort Howard Theatre, Bemis International Center at St. Norbert College, Cyr is the director of the International Business Center at CarthageCollege. His lecture is entitled "Special Envoys;" in it, he'll discuss the sometimes controversial role of these appointees in international affairs.

Topics for the "Great Decisions" series, an eight-week program discussing international issues of interest to the community, are selected by the Foreign Policy Association of America and are intended to provide a local forum for discussion on current political and economic issues of the day. St. Norbert College is one of only two Wisconsin schools presenting the entire series.

A subscription for the remaining lectures in the series is available for $40 per person and includes the "Great Decisions" briefing book, with information about all the lecture topics. Admission to individual sessions, including Cyr's, is $5 at the door.
