Ian Kelly will present the third installment in the "Great Decisions" lecture series on Wednesday, March 3 at 7:30 p.m. in the Fort Howard Theatre, Bemis International Center at St. Norbert College. Kelly was the director of the Russia Desk in the U.S. State Department; his presentation is entitled "Russia and its Neighbors."

Topics for the "Great Decisions" series, an eight-week program discussing international issues of interest to the community, are selected by the Foreign Policy Association of America and are intended to provide a local forum for discussion on current political and economic issues of the day. St. Norbert College is one of only two Wisconsin schools presenting the entire series.

Kelly's presentation is $5 at the door.
