Julia Chang Bloch, foreign affairs veteran and past U.S. ambassador, will be presenting "U.S. -- Chinese Security Relations" on Wednesday, March 24 at 7:30 p.m. in the Fort Howard Theatre, Bemis International Center at St. Norbert College. The presentation is part of the "Great Decisions" Lecture Series.

Topics for the "Great Decisions" series, an eight-week program discussing international issues of interest to the community, are selected by the Foreign Policy Association of America and are intended to provide a local forum for discussion on current political and economic issues of the day. St. Norbert College is one of only two Wisconsin schools presenting the entire series.

Bloch's presentation is $5 at the door.

For more information, and for a list of the remaining lectures in the series, contact the St. Norbert College Center for International Education at (920) 403-3378, or go to www.snc.edu/cie/greatdecisions.html.
