We wanted to touch base with you in regards to possible media coverage for the May 26-28 Sport and Society Conference, "A Mirror of our Culture: Sport and Society in America." This unique conference is the result of a first-of-its-kind partnership between St. Norbert College and the Green Bay Packers.

Here's some of the logistics to assist you in your coverage plans:

The conference will be held May 26 and 28 at St. Norbert College and May 27 at Lambeau Field.

We will have media rooms with wireless access. At St. Norbert College it will be the Norbertine Heritage Room in Todd Wehr Hall and at Lambeau Field it will by skybox 4039. We will be able to direct you on site.

As part of your media kit, you will receive a flash drive with photos and bios of some of the key people involved in the conference. You can pick-up your media badge in the Walter Theatre Lobby in the Abbot Pennings Hall of Fine Arts on Wednesday, May 26 beginning at 7:30 a.m. That's when the conference registration begins. The conference itself will get started at 9 a.m.

Your media badge will be good for all three days of the conference.

For directions to the Walter Theatre go to http://www.snc.edu/map.
Former NFL commissioner Paul Tagliabue will be one of four main speakers over the three days. Tagliabue will speak on Wednesday, May 26 at 9:15 a.m. in the Fort Howard Theatre on the St. Norbert campus. A malt box will be provided.

To review when and where the other keynotes will speak, visit the conference web site at www.snc.edu/sportandsociety/.
