VandenPlas senior vocal recital at St. Norbert College

The St. Norbert College music department will present the vocal recital of senior Jacquie VandenPlas on Friday, Feb. 11 at 5:00 p.m. at the Walter Theatre, Abbot Penning's Hall of Fine Arts. Admission is free and open to the public.

VandenPlas, of Luxemburg, Wis., is a student of Yi-Lan Niu, assistant professor of music. She will be singing works by Monteverdi, Beethoven, Puccini, and Ned Rorem with her featured soprano aria by Gounod. She will be accompanied by Daniel Berres, a senior from Manitowoc, Wis.
