Kabat and Knitt junior recital at St. Norbert College

The St. Norbert College music department will present the junior trumpet recital of Jordan Kabat and the junior oboe recital of Rebekah Knitt on Friday, Feb. 11 at 3 p.m. in the Walter Theatre, Abbot Pennings Hall of Fine Arts. Admission is free and open to the public.

Kabat, of Manitowoc, Wis., is a student of Linda Cook, assistant professor of music. He will be performing works by Telemann, Haydn, and Mozart. Knitt, of Pardeeville, Wis., is a student of Andrea Gross Hixon, adjunct assistant professor of music. She will be performing works by Handel, Mozart, Copland and Schumann. Both will be accompanied by Elaine Moss, adjunct instructor of music. Knitt will be further accompanied by Grace Crosby on violin, Jonathon Eddy on viola, and Catherine Smith on cello.
